Every day, Brandt is on a mission to find new solutions and strategies to enable his clients to decrease costs and gain control of this significant expense. His passion continues outside of wor,k training religiously in swimming, biking and running. He has competed in Ironman races including the Ironman World Championship in Kona. When not training or working, he’s either on a date with his sweet wife or chasing, playing or tickling one or a few of his 6 children.

Since 2004, AMPS has worked to provide premier healthcare cost management services to the self-funded payer community. We partner with our clients to deliver physician-led, technology-driven, facility claim review to 700+ employers in the commercial and public sectors. Scott, an experienced healthcare professional has been with AMPS for two years. He has been in the industry for 25 years and specializes in RBR, Medical Bill Review and Cost Containment Services for the self-funded market. He is extremely passionate about helping employers and in educating the community on inner workings of the healthcare market and the broken US healthcare system. He has two daughters and is an avid photographer, artist and outdoorsman.

Christian is nationally sought after for his experience in aggressively defending multi-state class and collective actions. In addition to representing Fortune 200 clients with sophisticated in-house legal teams, Christian also serves small and medium-sized businesses throughout the country as their de facto general counsel. He was recently selected for inclusion in the 2020 edition of The Best Lawyers in America – a peer reviewed publication that recognizes only 5 percent of lawyers in private practice in the United States for their professional excellence. Clients see Christian as an essential business partner. He is committed to understanding his client’s business as an insider who can anticipate problems and provide value-added solutions. He is attentive to business needs, aspirations and the concerns that keep even the most sophisticated management teams up at night. As a result, his representation is proactive not reactive, creating opportunities for clients to better grow their business.
As co-chair of Buchanan's Labor, Employment, Benefits & Immigration section, David is recognized across the country for his labor and employee benefits experience, especially in the coal industry. David focuses his practice on ERISA matters that involve multi-employer trust funds, including withdrawal liability, delinquent contribution and controlled group/alter ego claims. He also has extensive experience with traditional labor law, including unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the national Labor Relations Board and negotiating collective bargaining agreements with a wide range of unions. By dovetailing his ERISA practice with traditional labor law, David is able to provide unique insight on benefits and single and joint employer issues during collective bargaining negotiations. In his transactional practice, David helps clients structure acquisitions and divestitures, address Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification (WARN) issues, negotiate labor agreements as a condition to a closing, conduct due diligence, and prepare sophisticated employment agreements and separation agreements for executive-level employees.
